North To Alaska! Day 1 & 2 Done and No Injuries

May 1, 2022: Bob arrived at SeaTac at 9:00am. We spent the day shopping for groceries, filling the boat up with Bob’s half of the Diesel fuel, and calibrating the Autopilot and Radar. We finished with enough time left to have a couple of beers at the Cliff Hangar Bar and Grill.
May 2, 2022 (90 miles and spent the night at Anacortes, WA) We are off! We were going to leave at 5:30 a.m., but we over slept 45 minutes. Long 12 hr day from Tacoma area to Anacortes.
May 3, 2022 (66 miles and spent the night in Montague Marina)
Drove through the San Juan Islands. Cleared Canadian Customs at Canoe Cove in British Columbia. Bit of a disappointment as we had given away some serious alcohol only to find that they did not even board the boat and really did not care about any of the paperwork we had spent hours filling out in preparation.
